At Suprint, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the custom nature of our products, the following policy applies:

1. Custom Printed Items

Because custom products are made to order:

❌ We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Customer design errors

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Speling or artwork mistakes

  • Color variations due to screen differences

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

✔ Contact us within 3 days of delivery
✔ Provide clear photos of the issue
✔ We will offer a replacement or store credit

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.

4. Shipping Issues

Suprint is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

5. Color & Print Variations

Minor color differences may occur due to monitor settings and printing processes. These are not considered defects.
